The Lake County Public Library has recently acquired two important Tennessee Genealogy books by Jeannette Acklen. Mrs. Acklen has been President of the Nashville Chapter of Colonial Dames of America and Vice President-General, of N. S. D. A. R. Her distinguished service as a member and an officer in patriotic and historical societies has benefited Tennessee genealogists greatly.
